REFUND POLICY

4. Refund Process

  2. Provide photos (if item is damaged/defective).

Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after approval.

5. Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs may be the responsibility of the customer unless the error was made by Ranova USA.
